My approach is simple, we are building a plan together to make it easier to maintain and fix your technology on demand.

-Service is entirely time based; this allows me to balance my customers and offer the best support!  You may call for hourly support at the full rate of $165/per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.  If going on-location there is a one hour minimum.

-I recommended a monthly service agreement to reduce overall IT costs. Monthly maintenance and backup will be performed to improve uptime on computers and protect your data. A monthly service agreement of time comes with a significant discounted hourly rate, up to 40%! 

 

I am here to help you run your business better, I only work with around 12 Locally Owned Small Businesses at a time.  If I do a great job you will keep me as your IT guy, I like to be there when you need me, return your calls, and keep my appointments. Honesty 1st.
